Why BBS is the perfect workout for seniors:

- Slow rep speed reduces force
- Minimal equipment needed
Focusing on the slow rep speed (called superslow training), this reduces force generated (since force = mass x acceleration). This means that this style of lifting is easier on the joints, making it perfect for seniors.
No cardio training is needed since the workout itself is a great form of cardio.
